At Project Kind, we are committed to creating opportunities, inspiring, and engaging our community in the journeys of those in need as they strive to overcome life’s challenges.

Our mission is twofold. Firstly, we address immediate needs by providing weather-appropriate clothing and food to individuals experiencing homelessness. Then, we extend a helping hand to selected individuals, guiding them from homelessness to housing through a range of support programs, including job placement, housing assistance, and mental health services.

We firmly believe in fortifying our community through acts of kindness and supporting those with aspirations to achieve their goals.

Through our homeless outreach program, conducted by our dedicated mobile street outreach team, we offer essential resources like food, necessary items, mentorship, emergency/temporary housing, information, referrals to support programs, encouragement, and unwavering support. Thanks to the generosity of individuals and companies who contribute to our cause, Project Kind is able to make a significant impact on our community.

Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals experiencing homelessness by providing the support they need to harness their strengths and purpose, thus enabling them to transition off the streets. We are proud to have guided several friends from homelessness to secure housing.

Our approach is rooted in kindness, extending a helping hand, offering warm embraces, and, of course, through charitable donations.

Project Kind welcomes people and businesses from all communities to get involved in any capacity they can. We encourage volunteers of all ages to join us in making a difference.
